It takes around 1 hour 15 by car from London. There’s a car park directly opposite the centre at the entrance to The Wave Swimming Pool.
Littlehampton train station is a 15-minute walk to the centre or 2 minutes by taxi. Trains run regularly from London with Southern Railway and take around 1 hour 30 minutes.
